Jeffrey L. Greene is a founder and partner of GGA who has been with the company since its inception in 1983. Greene has over 29 years experience in the design and management for both structures and modifications of existing facilities. Greene is committed to a team approach to decision making allowing him to be a key participant in the design and construction of over 40 major educational facilities with construction cost in excess of $200 million within the last ten years. Greene has excellent technical skills as an architect on public works projects and has extensive experience in planning, design and construction management, program analysis, technical feasibility assessments, contract document preparation, bidding, construction observation, project closeout, and owner liaison representation.
